Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and monitor security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and data restoration
- Optimize network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of system administration experience in Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash scripting, and automation tools
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Active Directory
- Ability to work independently and prioritize critical incidents
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
