Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, RHCE, or AWS Solutions Architect are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
