Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Implement and enforce security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to upgrade systems and implement new technologies.
- Document system configurations and maintain detailed technical logs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is highly preferred.
- Valid IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, CCNA, MCSA) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with non-technical staff members.
