Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure spanning AWS, Azure, and on-premise data centers
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Lead security hardening initiatives including compliance with NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001
- Optimize system performance through capacity planning and performance tuning
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical systems and mentor junior administrators
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly failover testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows/Linux environments
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware ESXi/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation
- CCNP/CCIE or AWS/Azure certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of network architecture and TCP/IP protocols
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios, Datadog)
- Proven incident management and root cause analysis skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
