Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy infrastructure
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Execute disaster recovery protocols and data backup procedures
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco networking equipment
- Automate workflows using PowerShell and Python scripts
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance with SOX standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Windows/Linux system administration experience
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure AZ-104 preferred
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and security protocols
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
