Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect data integrity and network safety.
- Perform regular system backups and develop disaster recovery plans.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Configure and troubleshoot virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Collaborate with IT teams to upgrade systems and implement new technologies.
- Provide Tier 2+ technical support and guidance to end-users.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
- CompTIA Security+ or MCSA certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
