Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Proactively monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Deploy and patch enterprise software while maintaining compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven ability to manage virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
