- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve carbon neutrality targets and circular economy adoption
- Drive innovation in sustainable supply chain management and product lifecycle optimization
- Establish KPIs and reporting systems for sustainability metrics using advanced data analytics
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and industry coalitions
- Advocate for policy change and represent the company at global sustainability forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate sustainability strategy development
- Proven track record of achieving measurable ESG targets in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi) and circular economy principles
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon)
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite executives and external partners
- Professional certification (e.g., GRI, LEED, SASB) preferred
