As a Sustainability Innovation Lead, you'll spearhead cross-functional projects, mentor emerging talent, and collaborate with global partners to develop scalable green technologies. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead R&D initiatives for carbon-negative materials and circular economy systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and stakeholder relationships with Fortune 500 partners
- Present breakthrough innovations at global climate summits and tech conferences
- Mentor sustainability engineers and guide cross-functional agile teams
- Drive patent applications for proprietary green technologies
- Analyze emerging climate policies to inform corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in sustainability leadership with measurable impact metrics
- Proven track record of scaling climate-tech solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in circular economy principles and life-cycle assessment
- Certification in LEED, B Corp, or equivalent sustainability frameworks
- Experience securing green venture capital and government grants
- Exceptional data storytelling with Tableau/Power BI for ESG reporting
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed sustainability journals
