- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy models across product lifecycles
- Research and integrate cutting-edge carbon capture, AI-driven energy optimization, and biodegradable materials
- Forge strategic partnerships with cleantech startups and research institutions for innovation scouting
- Design and pilot zero-waste manufacturing processes for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze climate risk data using proprietary sustainability analytics platforms
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability or green tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching scalable ESG initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Strong proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (SAP EHS, Enablon, Watershed)
- Certifications in LEED, GRI, or circular economy principles preferred
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ innovation budgets and manage R&D pipelines
