- Manage cross-functional teams of developers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with new technology adoption, ensuring system stability and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems expected by 2026.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and agile methodologies within the organization.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture or strategic technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex technical projects.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience managing budgets of $2M+ and leading teams of 15+ engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to think long-term and innovate in uncertain environments.
