Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Horizon Architecture: Define and oversee the technical vision for our 2026 strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect resilient, high-performance microservices and distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of Agentic AI workflows into core business processes to drive efficiency.
- Cloud Strategy: Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for cost-efficiency and security, managing migrations to serverless environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Go, or Java, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- AI Proficiency: Solid understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Model (LLM) integration patterns.
- Cloud Mastery: Certification in AWS or Azure and proven experience in designing cloud-native applications.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
