Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term goals and industry shifts.
- Emerging Technology Assessment: Continuously monitor, analyze, and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to determine strategic relevance.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the tech ecosystem, including startups, research institutions, and industry leaders.
- Innovation Incubation: Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and pilot high-impact technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Risk Management: Assess the potential risks and regulatory implications of adopting futuristic technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategic recommendations to the C-suite and board of directors in a compelling, digestible format.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or PhD: In Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- 10+ Years Experience: Proven track record in strategic planning, R&D management, or executive leadership within a tech-driven organization.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into concrete business value.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including AI/ML, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams of engineers, designers, and business strategists.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
