Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to detect disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on future implications of AI, climate change, and globalization
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging industry paradigms
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for global enterprise clients
- Analyze complex systems to identify interdependencies between technological and human factors
- Maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders across industries
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, industry journals)
