Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities for 2026+ landscapes
- Establish innovation frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, biotech, space commercialization)
- Curate and analyze global signals from academic, governmental, and startup ecosystems
- Champion ethical foresight practices in high-stakes decision-making processes
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership for industry and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with exponential tech focus
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (STEEP analysis, Delphi, backcasting)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ societal or technological inflection points
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future scenario frameworks deployed in enterprise contexts
