Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present future insights to executive leadership and translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design and facilitate immersive workshops to embed future literacy across the organization

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
