- Emerging Technology Assessment: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and spatial computing to determine strategic opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- Innovation Management: Oversee the incubation of high-potential projects and manage the transition of experimental technologies into scalable business solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on competitive landscapes to anticipate market shifts and proactively adjust the company's strategic direction.
- Change Management: Champion organizational change initiatives to ensure the workforce is prepared for the technological shifts of 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
