Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead R&D projects focused on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and technical disruptions to recommend high-impact investments and pivots.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and product managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize existing tech stacks to ensure scalability and efficiency leading up to the 2026 transition.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Blockchain technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into business value.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse, high-performance teams in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
