- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's 2026 Roadmap and long-term vision.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Green Energy) relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the 2026 Vision.
- Oversee the “Project 2026” rollout, managing strict timelines and deliverables.
- Present quarterly progress reports to the Board of Directors regarding 2026 milestones.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in Strategic Planning, Executive Management, or Future Tech.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of future tech trends and market shifts leading up to 2026.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering preferred.
