Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects and performance issues
- Document detailed test cases, bug reports, and quality metrics using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Analyze test results to recommend process improvements and quality enhancements
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA testing experience with software QA methodologies
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Experience with SQL database testing and API validation (Postman, RestAssured)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
