Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of complex data to support business decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to extract meaningful insights from our databases.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with statistical modeling and A/B testing is a plus.
