Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software architectures using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Maintain and optimize existing applications to ensure high performance, security, and availability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to mitigate them proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on web or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java, along with experience in frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
