Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot complex application issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning) to drive team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance during the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in software development, preferably in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
