Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java/Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and drive best practices in Agile methodologies
- Debug and resolve complex production issues with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in full-stack development (React, Node.js, Spring Boot)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong grasp of REST APIs and database optimization (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Terraform)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
