Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior datasets
- Generate weekly performance reports for cross-functional stakeholders
- Assist in developing predictive models for business forecasting
- Collaborate with product teams to define data collection requirements
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel (training provided)
