Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications during weekend shifts.
- Execute critical database migrations, patches, and system upgrades.
- Perform root cause analysis and debugging for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with the QA team to validate releases and ensure quality assurance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.
- Participate in on-call rotation and emergency incident response.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and development.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, or Go).
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
