Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various internal and external sources to support business reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence strategic decision-making.
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and reporting.
- Communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through clear, concise written reports and presentations.
- Maintain data quality and integrity standards across all analytics projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is required.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
