Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Analyze application issues and implement effective solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define features and user experiences.
- Participate in Code Reviews: Review code written by peers to ensure it meets quality standards and best practices.
- Learn & Adapt: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specs and system architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming Basics: Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Language Proficiency: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Web Technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web frameworks is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
