Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our 24/7 platform infrastructure.
- Execute and monitor weekend maintenance windows to ensure zero downtime for our clients.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues that arise during peak and off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the product and QA teams to refine technical requirements and specifications.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases to improve performance and scalability.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide technical support during critical incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Proven experience working in shift-based or weekend engineering roles.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
