Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions specifically for our weekend maintenance windows.
- Perform code reviews and optimize existing legacy systems to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
- Debug critical production issues and implement patches with zero downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and document technical standards, ensuring code quality across the weekend sprint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in modern languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go).
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, SQL, and database management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle complex technical problems with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
