We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fully Remote capacity, specifically on our Night Shift team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our data and our business stakeholders, turning complex datasets into actionable insights. You will work in a quiet, focused environment during the night hours, allowing for deep work and high-impact analysis without the distractions of the day shift.
Responsibilities
- Data Processing & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform raw data from various sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Scripting: Write complex SQL queries and scripts to automate data retrieval and manipulation processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Shift Requirement: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be open to relocating to Wichita, KS (Relocation assistance provided).
