Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-performance web applications and backend services.
- Debug complex technical issues and resolve production outages during off-hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data security and integrity.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers.
- Participate in the deployment process and CI/CD pipeline automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Strong experience with relational databases (SQL) and ORM tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
