Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable business insights and drive strategic initiatives
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data extraction and reporting processes
- Translate technical findings into compelling visual narratives for non-technical audiences
- Implement data quality controls and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Lead ad-hoc analyses to support product launches and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-level executives
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics preferred
