Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets to support key business initiatives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and outcomes.
- Present clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Streamline data collection processes to improve data quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities for business optimization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile or fast-paced startup environment is highly preferred.
