As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power our client's business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software applications for our clients.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements.
- Work exclusively on the weekend shift to support maintenance and critical updates.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
