Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and Redis clusters
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps and Product teams
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Document system architecture and technical specifications
- Resolve production issues with on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Go, Python, Java)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and REST APIs
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficient in testing frameworks (pytest, JUnit)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
