Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and translate them into data requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and present insights to stakeholders.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Conduct statistical analysis to validate findings and support strategic recommendations.
- Document data models, processes, and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
