Responsibilities

- Monitor and optimize system performance during weekend operational windows
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain documentation for existing systems and new feature implementations
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with rapid response protocols
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
