Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Python on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Kubernetes for weekend deployment cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready fintech APIs
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement advanced security protocols and performance monitoring for 24/7 systems
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with our tech stack
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Proven track record of deploying high-availability systems on weekend schedules
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven programming
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- CI/CD pipeline mastery (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Relevant fintech or SaaS domain experience
