Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot
- Implement responsive frontend features with React and TypeScript
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS)
- Lead agile ceremonies and sprint planning during weekend rotations
- Debug production issues and implement CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Document architecture decisions and technical specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in full-stack development (Java/React)
- Expertise in cloud services (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
- Proven track record of shipping production code
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
