Responsibilities
- Lead threat hunting and incident response for enterprise cloud infrastructure
- Develop and implement security monitoring tools using SIEM platforms (Splunk/Sentinel)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for web applications
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Prepare executive-level security reports and compliance documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
- Research emerging threats and recommend defensive countermeasures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection and response
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and cloud-native tooling
- Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, and security automation frameworks
- Experience with NIST and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills for complex threat investigation
- Excellent written communication for security documentation
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
