Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go/Kubernetes for high-traffic SaaS platforms
- Lead weekend deployment rotations with zero-downtime releases using Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP to achieve 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical documentation
- Automate CI/CD pipelines to reduce deployment cycles by 40%
- Contribute to open-source projects and industry standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform)
- Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices and DevOps culture
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
