Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using modern frameworks
- Lead weekend sprint planning and code reviews for distributed engineering teams
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing protocols
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Mentor junior engineers through weekend pair programming sessions
- Document technical specifications and contribute to our knowledge base
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern language (Java, Python, Go, or C#)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
