Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using Python, Java, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact features
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for continuous deployment
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for weekend production support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in backend/frontend development
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining high productivity
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
