Responsibilities
- Execute weekend software deployments and maintenance windows with zero downtime.
- Monitor system logs, performance metrics, and alerts to proactively resolve issues.
- Triage and resolve critical bugs reported during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to ensure seamless handovers and communication.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in architectural planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development (Python, Java, or Go preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
