Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architectures using Go and Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS for weekend deployment pipelines
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on agile methodologies
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for weekend release cycles
- Debug and resolve critical system issues during weekend operational windows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SaaS products
- Document technical specifications and API specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with cloud-native applications
- Proficiency in Go, Python, and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices patterns
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with on-call rotation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
