Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions supporting weekend operations
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements and implementation strategies
- Optimize system architecture for reliability and scalability during peak weekend usage
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems for weekend deployments
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive API documentation
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues during weekend shifts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and weekend shift work
