Responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver top-tier products.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and bugs efficiently.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# (fluency in at least two is required).
- Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
