Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform data validation on large, complex datasets from various sources.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define analytical requirements and report on business metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in data.
- Generate clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Assist in the maintenance of our data warehouse and ensure data quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables).
- Basic understanding of SQL and database querying (preferred).
- Familiarity with Python or R (a significant plus for entry-level candidates).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
