Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong focus on software testing and quality assurance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and bugs to ensure smooth application performance.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, API specifications, and architecture diagrams.
- Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to propose improvements to existing systems.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Frameworks: Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
